    By using our Platform, you grant FlowGenAI permission to use your company name and logo in our customer lists and marketing materials. You may revoke this permission upon written request.
  2. Intellectual Property Rights
    FlowGenAI retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to our Website, Platform, and associated intellectual property. You are not granted any ownership rights except for the limited license provided under this Agreement.
  3. Service Availability and Termination
    We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform at any time. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice.
  4. User Content and AI-Generated Content
    (a) You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it for the operation of our Services.
    (b) AI-generated content (“Output”) provided by FlowGenAI is generated based on algorithms and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for verifying any Output before reliance.
    (c) You may opt out of allowing FlowGenAI to use your content for AI model improvement by contacting us at info@flowgenai.com.
  5. Payments and Subscription Plans
    (a) Certain features may require a paid subscription (“Subscription Plan”). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.
    (b) Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
    (c) We may update pricing from time to time, and you will be notified of any changes.
  6. Third-Party Services
    Our Platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of such third parties.
  7. Indemnification

    FlowGenAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six months.
  10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
